Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will:
- Run the daily triage calls with presales team members to ascertain urgency and required skills for sales support requests and ensure the correct resource is assigned to support sales.
- Contribute effectively to the administration of the day-to-day operations of the presales function and assisting in efficiency drives across processes.
- Ensure presales documentation is kept up to date, classified and categorised correctly, with mapping to obtain.
- Deal with sales, scheduling, and delivery enquiries, primarily via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
- Communicate and oversight to presales team members on status of sales support tickets, and guidance to follow defined processes.

- Experience with Salesforce (advantageous) or other Enterprise CRM solution (essential)
- Understanding of the IT / Cyber Security market (advantageous)
- Sales support or customer service experience (essential)
- Business administration experience (advantageous)
