Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Brand Managers to develop and implement marketing activities that increase brand value, awareness and market share. As a Brand Manager you will work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase sales. You should have a good understanding of consumer behavior, be up to date on market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
- Establish budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
- Develop and implement strategies that resonate with the target market.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
- Build brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
- Increase product sales and market share.
- Measure and report on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with different teams such as Marketing and Creatives, Research & Development, Purchasing and Sales Team.
- Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
- Ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in business, marketing or related field. Has good educational record and has shown the ability to learn and adjust as displayed in past work experiences
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years of related work experience in FMCG industry.
- Experience in end-to-end brand management, marketing strategies and new product development
- Previous experience in managing and leading teams.
