We are seeking a results-driven AWS Account Manager to drive customer success and business growth by helping clients adopt and optimize AWS solutions. This role involves managing relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring they maximize the value of AWS services. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for AWS customers 
  • Assist clients with onboarding and adoption of AWS services
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive customer success
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Monitor customer usage and optimize AWS workloads for efficiency
  • Manage renewals, contracts, and account escalations
  • Engage with AWS subject matter experts to address customer concerns
  • Develop good relationship with clients; understand their needs and requirements. Must be able to balance client’s satisfaction with company’s profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success 
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and AWS services
  • Ability to build strong relationships and drive customer engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with IT operations or cloud-based solutions is a plus
  • With at least 1 to 3 years’ experience in account management

Work Set-Up: Regular shift, Hybrid
