Job Description
This position collaborates strategically with various internal functions, primarily Product and Marketing, to meet network goals related to vehicle sales, customer satisfaction, and dealer profitability. It also plays a key role in overseeing Sales & Distribution planning, including forecasting, ordering, and inventory management, to prevent aging stock within the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Design and execute sales incentive programs to motivate and reward dealer performance.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover growth opportunities and drive innovation by understanding customer preferences.
- Enhance dealer profitability through strategic product mix planning and effective management of promotional subsidies.
- Develop and implement holistic sales plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee sales forecasting, order planning, and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce aging inventory.
- Lead customer satisfaction initiatives to strengthen brand reputation and foster customer loyalty.
- Track customer feedback and address complaints to identify and resolve areas needing improvement.
- Partner with training teams to ensure target attendees complete required sales training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a college graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- You must have at least 10 years of experience in Marketing, Field Operations, Dealer Development, Sales Training, Market Representation, and Revenue Management.
- You must have excellent business acumen, decision-making skills, analytical skills, planning and organization skills, financial planning and analysis skills, and communication skills.
Work Schedule: Regular day shift (flexible)
