Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Aide in market research and analysis of competitors
- Oversee social media accounts and develop content in collaboration with external marketing partners
- Produce marketing assets such as presentations, email campaigns, and website content with assistance from third-party marketers
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and reporting on key performance indicators
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless campaign delivery
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Brand Marketing Assistant in FMCG and/or Industrial products.
- You must have an understanding of digital marketing tools like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media platforms, email marketing, and others
- You must be able to gather and understand market trends and customer insights.
- You must have the capacity to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
- You must have an understanding of different social media platforms and how to tailor messaging for each.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm)
Work Setup: Onsite, Field work – Ortigas, Pasig City
