Job Description
The Technical Sales Support Engineer provides expert assistance to customers, sales teams, and customer service representatives. Responsibilities include understanding customer applications, recommending suitable products/services, identifying and delivering training, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Serve as the primary technical contact, addressing customer and internal inquiries.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and CSR teams to develop solutions.
- Analyze technical issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a knowledge base and technical documentation.
- Stay updated on product advancements and industry trends.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve service quality.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their technical needs.
- Support marketing efforts by providing technical expertise for educational content.
- Develop and conduct product training for internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Train new associates on markets, applications, and product solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a college graduate of Mechanical Engineering, or any Engineering-related course.
- You must have at least 2 years of experience in a technical support role within the fluid systems, engineering, industrial manufacturing, or related industry.
- You must have functional and technical expertise related to engineering or fluid systems products.
- You must have good understanding of work-related needs of co-workers and responds with concern and empathy.
- You must have good customer service or customer relations skills.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8am – 5pm)
Work Setup: Onsite, Parañaque City
