Key Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company services, value propositions, industry trends, and competitive landscape Identify new business opportunities through targeted research and strategic outreach aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via high-volume prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events), and guide them through a structured discovery process
  • Proactively schedule and lead sales meetings and discovery calls, coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed
  • Qualify opportunities rigorously and build a healthy, predictable sales pipeline
  • Co-create compelling, customized pitch decks with the Strategy team, ensuring alignment to the client’s business needs
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations to prospective clients, occasionally bringing in senior leaders or specialists depending on deal complexity
  • Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute client and prospect events, workshops, webinars, and campaigns
  • Use events as opportunities to deepen relationships, showcase company value, and generate new leads
  • Own pricing discussions and set expectations around scope, timelines, and contract terms early in the sales conversation
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare proposal documents, track deal progress, and ensure CRM data accuracy
  • Close deals and conduct a structured handover to the Agency Operations team upon contract signing 
  • Maintain relationships post-close, identifying upsell opportunities and supporting long-term client growth
  • Report weekly progress, pipeline status, and key metrics for forecasting and planning

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related revenue role
  • A proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with comfort managing multiple deals at different stages
  • A consultative selling mindset and strong discovery skills
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on challenges
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools
  • A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
