Job Description
The JIRA Developer manages and maintains IT service management solutions to ensure efficient IT services and smooth business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Develop and Maintain Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain IT service management solutions, such as Remedy or ServiceNow to meet business needs and ensure seamless IT operations.
- Understand Business Functions: Analyze and comprehend the business functions of IT service management applications to provide effective solutions and support.
- Manage IT Services: Utilize IT service management solutions to efficiently manage IT services, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.
- Apply Technical Expertise: Leverage technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT service management solutions, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 2-4 years’ proven experience in JIRA application/development
- Good knowledge of Groovy scripting.
- Exposure to managing and maintaining IT service management solutions, such as Remedy or ServiceNow including understanding their business functions.
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Daily for the first 3 months; transition to 3x onsite after
