Job Description
The position is responsible for leading the organization’s talent acquisition strategy and delivering recruitment outcomes aligned with workforce plans and business growth objectives. It oversees high-volume hiring operations, sourcing strategies, recruitment partnerships, employer branding initiatives, and talent acquisition performance. The role partners closely with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure the timely delivery of quality hires while continuously improving recruitment processes, scalability, and hiring effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce requirements and business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce planning needs.
- Develop recruitment plans, hiring forecasts, and sourcing strategies to support current and future organizational growth.
- Establish recruitment targets, KPIs, service levels, and performance standards for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives across multiple functions and locations.
- Oversee recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, job fairs, campus recruitment, government programs, and talent communities.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support recurring and projected hiring requirements.
- Monitor recruitment funnels and implement corrective actions to address bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
- Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization's market presence.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, government agencies, recruitment firms, and external talent organizations.
- Lead recruitment events, job fairs, campus programs, and other talent acquisition activities.
- Manage, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition team members to achieve hiring targets and service excellence.
- Monitor recruiter productivity, hiring performance, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Standardize recruitment processes, systems, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, conversion rates, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and cost per hire.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards, reports, and recommendations for leadership review.
- Oversee offer management, candidate conversion activities, and onboarding coordination to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and talent pipelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance hiring speed, quality, and operational effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You must have at least 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- You must have at least 3–4 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- You must have strong experience in high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environments.
- You must have proven success managing recruitment teams and achieving aggressive hiring targets.
- You must have strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment channels, candidate assessment methodologies, and recruitment funnel management.
- You must have experience establishing partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, recruitment firms, and other talent sources.
- You must have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and develop actionable strategies.
- You must have excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- You must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.
- You must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and adaptability in fast-growing environments.
- You must be willing to be hands-on in recruitment activities when business needs require.
