Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding revenue channels. This role blends market analysis, partnership development, and commercial strategy execution to support the organization’s overall business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Conduct market research to assess competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned revenue goals.
  • Track sales performance and generate regular progress reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop offerings that meet client demands.

4. Partnership Development

  • Identify potential partners for strategic alliances, distribution, or joint ventures.
  • Manage partner engagement, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to support business initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving service offerings or market positioning.

6. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate business development pipelines and forecasting data.
  • Prepare presentations and updates for senior management.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must be a bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • You must have 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or similar roles in a consumer retail business or closely related industries.
  • You must have a pleasing personality and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You must be willing to do client visits often within Metro Manila and nearby cities.

 Work Schedule: Regular shift (8am – 5pm) 

Work Setup: Onsite & Field Work – Pasig City
