Job Description
The position is responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment targets while supporting key Human Resources functions. It oversees end-to-end recruitment activities, workforce planning, and hiring performance, while providing operational support across employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR administration, and employee engagement. The role ensures that HR programs, processes, and initiatives are effectively implemented to support workforce productivity, compliance, and organizational growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities to achieve hiring targets and workforce requirements.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various recruitment channels.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and ensure attainment of hiring quotas, turnaround times, and other talent acquisition KPIs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Supervise and guide recruitment team members to ensure effective execution of hiring activities.
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and selection processes to ensure quality hiring decisions.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process and successful integration of new employees into the organization.
- Support employee relations activities, including documentation, investigations, disciplinary processes, and case management.
- Assist in the implementation of training and development programs, learning initiatives, and employee capability-building activities.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including payroll-related inputs, employee benefit coordination, and policy implementation.
- Oversee HR operations processes, including employee records management, employee lifecycle transactions, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement programs and culture-building initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce data to support management decision-making.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business and workforce objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You must have at least 3–5 years of Human Resources experience with strong specialization in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
- You must have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding recruitment targets and talent acquisition KPIs.
- You must have experience in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments.
- You must have practical experience in employee relations, including case handling, documentation, and basic investigations.
- You must have exposure to training and development programs and learning initiatives.
- You must have working knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, including payroll support and employee benefits coordination.
- You must have experience in HR operations, employee records management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- You must have exposure to employee engagement and culture-building programs.
- You must have strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms.
- You must have strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- You must be results-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple HR priorities simultaneously.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm)
