Job Description:

The position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the facility, production, and manufacturing in making sure rules and regulations are adhered to.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

• Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery or shipment.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Monitor raw materials and finished products inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• You must be a graduate of BS Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Communications, Computer, Industrial or Management Engineering or any related field, preferably licensed.
• You must have a proven work experience as a plant manager.
• You must have adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
• You must have familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
• You must be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.

Work Schedule: Regular shift (7am – 4pm OR 8am – 5pm)

Work Location: Bukidnon

Work Setup: On-site, Mondays to Saturdays
